BUSINESS IDEAS
A business idea in Poland: what should you check before spending?
Before the name, logo or tools, write down a few assumptions. This starting framework helps organise your checks; it does not replace specialist research.
A customer and a specific situation
Describe the person or company that would pay, the problem they face and when it becomes important enough to act. Include free alternatives and services they can already buy.
A result and a defined scope
Write down what the customer receives, the timeline and what would require an additional quote. A bounded service is easier to price than a broad promise of support.
The real cost of one order
Include preparation, communication, travel, tools, suppliers and revisions. Separate revenue, expenses and the amount available after applicable deductions. Have legal and tax assumptions checked by an appropriate professional.
An initial commercial test
Define how you will meet prospects and what would be a useful signal: a detailed quote request, a purchase or a repeat order. Give the test a time and spending limit so you can decide what to improve.
